St Helens based

The purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery and customer liaison of a planned retrofit works programme, working with customers on a daily basis to ensure communication is maintained at all times, and accommodating customers’ individual needs. You will need experience of working within the social housing sector, dealing with both clients and tenants. Experience of working on Retrofit housing projects and knowledge of PAS 203.

  • Ability to manage, monitor and review performance standards to meet targets.
  • Possessing effective communication skills, together with influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Competent ICT skills including Microsoft Office, SharePoint.
  • Effective organisation skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
