Annual salary of £43,975 (FTE). Permanent role. Full-time (39 hours). St Helens office base, travel to sites is required.
The role:
Our Electrical Supervisors at M&Y oversee the delivery of internal and external contracts across but not limited to, Responsive Repairs, Electrical testing programme, Void properties and planned investment works ensuring customer centricity is at the heart of everything we do. You will work collaboratively with all clients to deliver the most efficient and cost-effective service. You’ll also be required to manage the performance of operatives/subcontractors ensuring appointments, targets, customer satisfaction, compliance and policies are met. You would be expected to attend sites weekly to carry out inspections.
The right fit:
- You must have the following qualifications: City & Guilds or NVQ 3 equivalent in electro technical subject, City & Guilds 2391 testing & inspection or equivalent and 18th Edition wiring regulations.
- Must have knowledge with NICEIC documentation and guidelines.
- You have experience working within the social housing sector and dealing with the general public.
- You’re able to use your own initiative, working to deadlines and agreed targets.
- Ability to carry out surveys for electrical works on domestic and commercial properties.
- You have a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- You must have a full UK driving license.
