The role

The post holder will provide support to service users at our projects. You will need to be able to work sympathetically with service users who have been homeless and have complex needs. You will work to empower service users, actively engaging them with the community and helping them to support each other, to develop resilience, to live independently and to be an asset to the community. You may be required to work on a rota basis.

  • You have demonstrable organisational skills to plan and manage your own workload, keep accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with interpersonal skills.
  • You can work effectively as a team.
  • Ability to use training, supervision and other feedback to improve performance.
  • You're able to manage risk appropriately and can ensure that procedures are followed.
