As a Repairs Supervisor at M&Y you will supervise operatives completing all repairs and improvement works safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction.
You must communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers. You’ll also perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by their manager.

Supervisory experience in Building Maintenance in a social housing environment would be advantageous Previous experience in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be joinery): Joinery Plumbing Plastering Tiling Groundworks Roofing Glazing Ability to work as part of a team.

Previous experience in our housing management IT systems is desirable (Orchard, DRS, AccuServ, Propeller) Ability to plan and prioritise workload.

Working to deadlines and agreed targets.

Full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.

Experience of working with Housing Associations and managing repairs is desirable.

Full UK driving licence is essential.
