The purpose of this role is to assist in the completion of all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will be required to communicate effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers and to perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by your supervisor.

Our repairs team is supported by our dedicated planners, supervisors and managers so you will be joining a great, supportive team with a high focus on values such as teamwork and high performance.
The right fit
- You have a working knowledge in at least two of the following trades (one of which must be roofing): joinery, plumbing, plastering, tiling, groundworks, roofing and glazing.
- It is essential that you have the ability and are comfortable to work at heights.
- You can work as part of a team.
- Ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
- Full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.
- Experience working within a Housing Association and managing repairs would be desirable but not essential.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
