The role
As a Multi-Skilled Groundworker you will complete all repair and improvement work safely, efficiently and to client satisfaction. You will be communicating effectively with internal office staff, colleagues, managers and customers.
You will be required to perform other duties as appropriate to the job level, including providing support to colleagues as directed by their manager.
The right fit
- You must be competent in the following Groundwork trades: flagging, fencing and brickwork.
- You have NVQ Level 2 qualification in your core trade (or equivalent).
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to query jobs and liaise with office staff and managers.
- You can plan and prioritise your own workload.
- Ability to work to deadlines and agreed targets.
- You have full awareness of relevant H&S requirements and considerations.
- Experience working with housing associations and managing repairs is desirable.
- A full UK driving license is essential.
