The role:
- As a property Valuation Consultant at Redwing, you’ll be a key player in the busy, fast-paced sales team.
- You will be responsible for assisting the sales team with managing a strong pipeline, negotiating offers, and nurturing relationships with both vendors and buyers.
- You will need to be confident and articulate with proven experience as a valuer in a fast-paced estate agency.
- Have the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Be highly motivated, target-driven and proactive in approach, being able to hit the ground running and handle a busy workload with ease.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that we offer an exceptional service from the market appraisal through to the final completion, and ensuring targets are met.
