The role

As a Junior Sales Consultant at Redwing, you will be an enthusiastic and valued member of our busy, fast‑paced sales team. You will support the management of a growing pipeline, assist with property viewings, help negotiate offers, and build strong relationships with both vendors and buyers.

Full training is provided, so no previous estate agency experience is required. What matters most is your enthusiasm, resilience, confidence, and willingness to learn. A car and full UK driving licence are essential.

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing with and resolving dispute situations.
  • A car and full UK driving license (Business insurance will be required)
