The role:

As an ICT Senior Applications Analyst you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business solutions using the Group’s corporate and cloud applications and Microsoft technology stack. This is a hands-on position that requires an experienced professional with a strong background in systems analysis, solution architecture, and stakeholder engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, robust, and cost-effective solutions that align with organisational objectives.

The right fit:

  • Degree level qualification (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong Microsoft platform experience across Azure, the power platform, Dynamics 365, SharePoint Online and SQL Server, including integration and security.
  • Experience delivering technology change/projects with stakeholders, managing time, budget and change control.
  • Confident analysing problems and translating business needs into practical solutions.
  • Clear communications skills both written and verbal.
  • Customer-focused approach to all work.
  • Experience of working within the Social Housing sector, with strong expertise in AccuServ and MRI Housing and a working knowledge of systems such as DRS and Propeller.
