As a Homeownership Manager you will facilitate the homeownership service for The Regenda Group, inclusive of Right to Buy/Right to Acquire applications, shared ownership staircasing, lease extensions, management packs for leasehold properties, coordinator of equity loans and management of a small patch of leasehold and shared ownership properties.

Qualifications
- You have a strong background with experience in handling leasehold and affordable home ownership.
- Excellent understanding of lease and legal title, with the ability to convey information simply to customers and colleagues.
- Experience in processing Right to Buy and Right to Acquire, lease extensions and staircasing.
- Ability to develop effective new processes.
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and accurate record-keeping skills.
- You have a customer-focused approach with an ability to positively manage customer expectations.
