You will provide robust teaching, learning, and assessment for learners who need to develop their Maths and English skills alongside their main vocational studies, undertaking regular reviews to monitor progress and remove barriers to achievement. You will collaborate closely with delivery teams across Apprenticeships, ASF, Study Programme, and Skills Bootcamps to ensure that learners with additional learning needs are identified at the earliest opportunity. You will contribute to the planning and implementation of tailored support strategies and ensure that this support is maintained consistently throughout each learner’s programme.
As part of this dual role you will also provide additional learning support in a group and 1:1 setting which may include aspects such as study skills, pastoral support or support with health and wellbeing.
