The role
As a Housing Assistant at Regenda Homes you will be part of a team responsible for delivering a high quality and integrated neighbourhood management service. This service should help to create sustainable communities with a particular focus on lettings. You will be providing support with admin duties to deliver integrated service delivery, including lettings, anti-social behaviour, tenancy management and estate management. You will also ensure our housing management systems are kept up to date, this includes recording all of our customer contact via inbound and outbound CRM.

- A full UK driving license is essential with access to a vehicle.

We provide additional support to residents including finding work, money advice or dealing with anti-social behaviour.
