The Senior Carer is responsible for providing high-quality, person-centred care in accordance with residents' individual care plans, while supporting and supervising junior care staff. This role involves leadership, mentoring, and ensuring that care delivery complies with CQC regulations and best practices.
The post holder will work under the direction of the Manager/Deputy and support in ensuring the home remains safe, caring, effective, responsive, and well-led. They will act as a role model in upholding the values and ethos of Regency Healthcare and contribute actively to the culture of continuous improvement
