There will be extensive support from the commercial team, with a Senior Quantity Surveyor on another project within close proximity, an assistant on site and a visiting commercial manager.
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining working relationships with Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Clients, and Subcontractors.
- Taking ownership of preparing valuations and final accounts, helping keep projects on track financially.
- You'll play a key role in monitoring project performance by producing monthly cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account projections.
- Managing and agreeing client and sub-contractor variations.
- Managing subcontractor packages from start to finish, including re-measuring works, reviewing payment applications, and issuing accurate payment notices on time
