Seeking a manager to lead this project, with support from an experienced delivery and commercial team and the director who has a close and long-standing relationship with the client and will have a visible presence on site. This candidate will be responsible for design co-ordination, sequencing and programme administration, temporary works design, part wall agreements, discharge of conditions, applications, working with the commercial team on procurement, reporting against progress, and close communication with the client and their respective team.
