The Role is a hands-on technical role within a busy IT function. As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and user systems. You will provide first- and second-line support to end users, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. The role also involves system monitoring, routine maintenance, user account management, and supporting IT projects and upgrades. You will ensure systems are secure, up to date, and compliant with company policies, while also assisting in the implementation of new technologies and improvements.
To Succeed, the successful candidate will adopt a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
