Washing, drying, ironing and folding clothing, bedding and other laundry items.
Sorting laundry and ensuring items are handled correctly.
Operating washing machines, tumble dryers and ironing equipment safely.
Checking finished items to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Packing and preparing completed laundry orders for customer collection or delivery.
Keeping the laundry and ironing areas clean, tidy and organised.
Assisting with other general duties as required.
Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.Good organisational and time management skills.Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.Previous laundry or ironing experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided.Car driver essential for collection and delivery of laundry.
