NIGHT SHIFT PROCESS OPERATOR The Role - As a Process Operator, you will: Prepare and set up production equipment and support the operating of tufting machines safely and efficiently Carry out quality checks and maintain high production standards Follow health & safety procedures at all times Work collaboratively with your team to meet production targets Take part in training and continuous improvement activities Pay & Benefits Salary: £13.14 per hour with additional £1 per hour Shift premium
Hours: 45 hours per week
MonWed: 8:00pm 8:00 am Thurs: 8:00pm 5:00am Overtime may be required
Holidays: 6 weeks per year
Pension: 3% employer contribution
Training: Full training provided development programme to support gaining qualifications
