We are currently recruiting for a Bale Operator role to join our team in Newry. The successful candidate will be based within our Waste to Energy plant and will be required to bail material whilst also ensuring KPI’s are on target. In doing this, you will be responsible for cleaning the strapper, wrapper and keeping stock control.

The candidate must follow H&S policies at all times and work as part of a team whilst keeping their work area clean. Flexibility to work shift patterns and overtime when required is essential. You should have the ability to develop new skills and deliver high-quality work with getting it right first time. Experience of working in a recycling environment is preferred.

Due to the night-time restrictions for young workers, we can only accept candidates over the age of 18 as this role will involve working between 10pm to 6am.

Duration: Fixed Term with possibility of permanent pending on satisfactory work performance and operation demands

Location: Newry

Remuneration: Attractive

Hours of work: Full time or Part time, Shift work
