Supervisor (Responsive Repairs)
Location: Ealing/West London.
Contract: Main Contractor.
Company: A well‑established, tier 1 maintenance contractor with an excellent reputation in the industry. They are looking to onboard an experienced supervisor that can bring their expertise to the team.
Role
Ensuring that suppliers/subcontractor works are carried out in accordance with the worksheets given, in a timely manner meeting all contract KPI targets.
Have experience dealing with responsive repairs with social housing contracts.
Liaise with the customers and deal with any queries or issues that may arise.
Ensure works are completed on time and to a high‑quality standard, meet client expectations, keep paperwork and reports fully completed and submitted per company procedures.
Drive from site to site as part of daily duties, maintain a tidy and safe workplace, complete timesheets, worksheets and reports, attend inspections as necessary, be computer literate and effectively use Excel.
Required
- NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- 2+ years\’ experience working as a Supervisor or above
- Good social housing knowledge
- RTW in UK and Clean Driver\’s Licence
- SSSTS Qualification
