Regen Solutions is seeking an experienced Operations Director to take full operational and commercial responsibility for social housing repairs and maintenance contracts across the Southeast, including London. The role emphasizes leadership of a large multi-site operation and strategic delivery of KPIs and customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Managing Director and work with the Commercial Director to manage a multi-layered team, driving profitability and strong client partnerships.
