Regen Solutions is recruiting an Operations Director to lead a large portfolio of social housing repairs and maintenance contracts across London and the Southeast. You will assume full operational and commercial responsibility, drive KPI delivery, and oversee a multi-site workforce including managers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Reporting to the MD and collaborating with the Commercial Director, you will shape strategy, optimise cash flow, ensure safety, and build strong relationships.
