Regen Solutions, in partnership with a market-leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, seeks a Contract Manager to lead a Responsive Maintenance contract based in Sussex. You will own a safe, compliant, and profitable responsive repairs service covering day-to-day works, voids, and disrepair.
We require proven leadership, commercial acumen, and experience in KPI management and Schedule of Rates (SOR) codes. SMSTS or IOSH and an HNC are desirable. Salary is £60,000 plus package.
