We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee cladding and Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) remedial works across a number of high-rise residential buildings in South East London, with a large concentration of sites in the Sutton area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations on site, ensuring works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee subcontractors and site teams delivering cladding replacement and FRA-related works.
- Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate progress meetings.
- Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Complete all associated paperwork and reporting (1 office day per week).
Role Structure:
- 4 days site-based, 1 day office-based (paperwork/admin).
- Van provided for travel between sites.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing cladding and/or FRA remedial works.
- Strong background in working on high-rise residential buildings.
- SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple trades and ensure project compliance.
