Senior Bid Coordinator
Β£50,000 per year | Stratford | Hybrid (2 days in the office)
Are you an experienced bid professional looking to step up and lead? We\βre recruiting a Senior Bid Coordinator to take ownership of our bid coordination function, support the delivery of high-quality submissions, and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you\βll work closely with Operations, Finance, and the wider Bid Team to drive winning bid submissions and help shape our long-term bid strategy.
You\βll thrive here if you\βre confident, proactive, great at problem-solving, and able to build strong working relationships with both your immediate team and wider stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Bid Coordinators
- Manage the full bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to submission
- Maintain governance frameworks, bid libraries, and quality standards
- Coordinate bid communications and ensure consistent client engagement
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the business
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and best practice in bid processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a Bid Coordinator or Senior Bid Coordinator
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong understanding of procurement and tender processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and bid management tools
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
