We are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Repairs Manager to oversee all responsive repairs and maintenance works for a local council in Potters Bar. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 12-week period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day repairs and maintenance across the local authority's housing stock
- Lead a team of supervisors, operatives, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, efficient services
- Ensure repairs are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
