About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of cladding and facades projects across London. The role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance with funding and technical standards, and provide expert guidance to clients on their journey.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in project management within Cladding, Facades and other closely related types of work, including Curtain Walling, EWI, Brick slips and Re Cladding.
  • Strong understanding of compliance standards, including BSR, H+S and Passive Fire.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyse asset data and develop strategic funding solutions.
  • Experience in quality management, project documentation, and reporting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
