Property Surveyor – Damp & Mould
We\’re looking for an experienced Property Surveyor to join our progressive Property Directorate. In this pivotal role, you\’ll lead on diagnosing and resolving complex repair cases—including disrepair claims, damp and mould, structural defects, and more—delivering outcomes that are high quality, compliant, and cost-effective.
What You\’ll Be Doing
- Act as the go-to technical expert for complex building issues across our housing stock.
- Manage a diverse caseload independently, covering insurance works, specialist repairs, and damp/mould cases.
- Carry out accurate assessments using your knowledge of building pathology, HHSRS, and NHF Schedule of Rates.
- Support and guide teams across the organisation with post-inspection advice and technical solutions.
- Lead or support ad hoc planned works and contribute to wider service improvements.
- Review home improvement requests with a view to safeguarding our assets.
- Play a hands-on role in cross-team collaboration, helping shape improvements in resident services.
What You\’ll Bring
