Regen Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to carry out building services and maintenance works for a large building contractor based in Essex. The work is day to day reactive maintenance across tenanted properties in East London. This is a temp to perm position with a van & fuel card provided immediately.
Main duties include:
- Carpentry repairs
- Bathroom fitting
- Leak detection
- Plumbing repairs
- Patch plastering
- Painting & decorating
- Splash back tiling
Social housing experience and building services experience is essential for this position along with full tools and a UK driving licence.
