Planned Works Supervisor Location: Sussex Salary: £46,000 per year + Car Allowance We are looking for an experienced Planned Works Supervisor to join our team in Sussex, overseeing the delivery of planned maintenance and capital works programmes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong supervisory skills and technical knowledge to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day delivery of planned works projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, roofing, windows, and other capital works. Manage subcontractors, site staff, and operatives to ensure works are completed to specification. Carry out quality inspections, snagging, and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. Monitor programme performance, budgets, and KPIs, reporting progress to Contracts Managers. Liaise with residents, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction. Support continuous improvement and implement best practice across all projects. Requirements Previous experience as a Supervisor/Works Manager within planned works, capital works, or social housing. Strong technical knowledge across building maintenance and refurbishment. SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or working towards). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Full UK Driving Licence (car allowance included)
