We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and securing top talent across the White Collar Social Housing sector.
This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship management skills, adept at leveraging multiple recruitment tools and platforms to meet organisational staffing needs. With an established client base, extremely warm desk with current Tier 1 PSL's, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to come in and hit the ground running. Regen pay uncapped commission up to 40% so this is a real chance to earn £70-£100k+.

The main purpose of the role is to be sourcing white collar senior management candidates using a variety of channels alongside business development:
- Managing a warm client base through calls and meetings
- Preparing job adverts
- Reviewing and screening candidate applications
- Registering candidates onto our CRM and completing all compliance checks
- Sourcing candidates for live job roles
- Attending candidate and client meetings with colleagues
