The role is on a brand-new contract which involves working on a KBs project in Surrey. As Site Manager, you will manage and control on-site activities during the course of this project, which is internal and planned work. The work will be on sites across Sutton, so local to the area is required.

This will involve:

  • Accountability for all daily operational activity and the management of operatives and sub-contractors
  • Identifying, reviewing and implementing the client's critical success factors for the project
  • Ensuring that the quality and programme standards are delivered, avoiding any post-completion defects
  • Ensuring high standards of safety and quality are always maintained
  • Ensuring project delivery plan is followed to cost and time frame expectations

Site Managers play a vital role in the successful delivery of these refurbishment works.

Key Experience needed:

  • Previous experience with Internal planned works, Kitchen and Bathrooms
  • Minimum 5 years' experience is also desirable
  • Planned Maintenance and refurbishment experience required
  • In date First Aid certificate is needed
  • Construction-related NVQ / HNC Level 4 and above
  • Gold CSCS Card required
  • Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS certificate
  • Sound knowledge and compliance with health and safety requirements
  • Full UK driving license
  • Membership of or working towards RICS/MCIOB would be advantageous
