We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and proactive HSQE & Bid Administration Coordinator to join a growing and well-established contractor operating within the construction, fire safety, and compliance sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to join a business experiencing sustained growth across public sector frameworks and commercial projects throughout London and the South East. The role offers exposure to both operational compliance and business development activities, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction administration, health & safety, or bid coordination.
Location: Ongar, Essex (fully office-based)
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week

The Role
This is a varied, split-position role supporting two key functions within the business: Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) administration and bid/tender coordination. You will work closely with both the HSQE Manager and the Head of Business Development, ensuring the business maintains robust compliance standards while actively supporting the identification and submission of tender opportunities. The role is typically structured as:
- 3 days per week supporting HSQE and supply chain administration
- 2 days per week supporting bid coordination and tender processes
