Regen Solutions in Harlow is seeking a Site Manager to deliver high-volume planned maintenance and compliance works across a social housing portfolio. You will manage FRA remediation, passive fire protection and roofing renewals, acting as the main contact for residents and the client to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to standards.
The role requires proven site management experience in social housing, with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications, asbestos awareness, and fire safety knowledge.
