We are seeking a skilled and proactive Mould Washer to join our team, delivering high-quality repairs and remedial works in occupied and void social housing properties. Working across Harlow, you will play a key role in improving residents' homes by addressing damp and mould issues and carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a professional standard.

Responsibilities- Carry out remedial works to address damp and mould issues in social housing properties, including cleaning, treating affected areas, and applying anti-mould coatings.
- Undertake painting and decorating works internally and externally to a high standard.
- Other Multi-Trade repairs.
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, filling, sealing) before painting or treatment.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in line with health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with tenants to explain works and minimise disruption.
- Maintain tools, materials, and company vehicles in good condition.
- Accurately record all completed works using handheld devices or work orders.
- Work as part of a wider maintenance team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of damp and mould treatment in residential properties.
- Experience working in social housing or similar environments is desirable.
- Strong understanding of health and safety standards, especially in occupied homes.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Relevant trade qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3 in Painting & Decorating or equivalent) are desirable.
