Regen Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted clients for an experienced Domestic Gas Engineer to carry out service and repair work within the social housing sector. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable subcontractor looking for consistent, long-term work with a well-established contractor.

The Role

  • Carrying out landlord gas safety checks (CP12s)
  • Diagnosing and repairing gas heating faults
  • Servicing domestic gas boilers and heating systems
  • Completing all paperwork electronically
  • Providing a professional service within occupied social housing properties

Requirements

  • ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, HTR1)
  • Gas Safe registered
  • Experience working in social housing
  • Strong fault-finding and repair experience
  • Own van and tools
  • Public Liability Insurance
  • Full UK Driving Licence
