About the Role
We are seeking a high-calibre Divisional Gas/Compliance Manager to oversee the safe, compliant delivery of gas and statutory compliance works across our maintenance service streams. In this pivotal role, you will act as the technical authority and Gas Duty Holder for the division. While domestic gas is your primary discipline, you will also bring solid mechanical knowledge—encompassing water hygiene (Legionella), plumbing, and a high-level awareness of F-Gas/heat pump systems. Furthermore, while commercial qualifications are not a prerequisite, you must possess a sharp understanding of commercial gas systems and commercial PPM compliance management.
