Fire Contracts Manager Location: Royston Salary: Up to £67,000 per year + Car Allowance We are seeking an experienced Fire Contracts Manager to join our team in Royston, overseeing the successful delivery of fire safety and compliance projects across our portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-profile fire safety works, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of fire safety contracts, including fire door installations, FRA remedial works, passive fire protection, and cladding projects. Lead and manage subcontractors, site teams, and supervisors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations, Building Safety Act, and client requirements. Carry out inspections and audits to maintain high standards of health & safety, quality, and compliance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, residents, and key stakeholders. Monitor budgets, produce performance reports, and drive value for money. Requirements Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the fire safety, social housing, or construction sector. Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, FRA works, and passive fire protection. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (or working towards). Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills. Full UK Driving Licence (car allowance included)
