We're recruiting on behalf of a growing organisation looking for a creative and motivated Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join its expanding marketing team. The Role
Working closely with the wider marketing team and operational stakeholders, you'll help strengthen the organisation's digital presence through creative content and effective communications. You'll be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns, managing social media activity, creating engaging visual content, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the day-to-day management of LinkedIn and Instagram channels.
- Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging social media content.
- Capture and edit photography and video content from projects and company events.
- Produce compelling copy for social media, website updates, blogs and internal communications.
- Create marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns.
- Maintain content calendars and digital asset libraries.
- Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments where appropriate.
- Attend project sites and company events to capture marketing content.
- Ensure all communications remain consistent with brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate marketing trackers, reports and documentation.
About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative and organised, with a genuine passion for marketing and digital communications. You'll ideally have:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related subject (or equivalent experience).
- Experience managing business social media platforms.
- Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
- Photography and videography experience, including editing content.
- Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and/or Photoshop.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital platforms.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confidence building relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- The ability to work independently whilst also being an effective team player.
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
