Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Subcontract Domestic Gas Service Engineers to carry out annual gas safety checks and servicing within the social housing sector. The work will take place in Durham and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Carry out Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
- Service domestic gas boilers and heating appliances
- Identify and report faults or unsafe situations
Requirements
- ACS qualifications including CCN1 & CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
- Public Liability Insurance
- Own van, tools, analyser, and calibrated equipment
- Experience working in social housing
