Contract Manager

Location: Chigwell

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Package

Sector: Social Housing Contractor

Regen Solutions is working with a leading social housing contractor to recruit an experienced Contract Manager for their Electrical & Active Fire division. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business and take ownership of contracts across planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical and active fire contracts within the social housing sector
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Manage client relationships, ensuring excellent service and contract compliance
• Lead and support a team of supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors
• Monitor performance, health and safety compliance, and commercial aspects of the contracts

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Contract Manager role within social housing
• Strong knowledge of electrical and active fire safety systems
• Excellent leadership and client management skills
• Understanding of compliance, health and safety, and budgeting
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., NICEIC, FIA, or equivalent) preferred
