Regen Solution are currently looking for an experienced Voids Multi Trader to carry out maintenance works in the Social Housing sector. Mainly carrying out carpentry and plastering. The majority of the work will be day to day reactive repairs in void properties in Chelmsford. This is an on-going temporary position and your own vehicle is required for use.
Main duties include:
- Multi Trader
- Basic carpentry repairs
- Lock fits/repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs

- Painting & decorating
- Splash back tiling
Social Housing experience, full tools and a UK driving licence is essential for this Multi Trader role.
