Regen Solutions are currently looking for experienced Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader to carry out works foa small social housing contractor in social and domestic properties.
This position is a temp to perm role for a well-established social housing maintenance contractor who provide some fantastic career benefits, Van and fuel card, holidays, pension contribution etc.
Duties of the Carpenter Multi Trader:
- Carrying out General Maintenance on occupied and void properties
- Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering and Tiling repairs.
- Painting and decorating
- Must have a main trade of either carpentry or plumbing.
Experience of the Carpenter/Plumber Multi Trader:
- Must have social/domestic housing experience.
- A full UK driving license.
- Must have multiple trades.
