We are currently recruiting for an experienced Repair Surveyor to join a busy housing repairs team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded surveyor with strong knowledge of the building sector and social housing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out property inspections across the Barnet borough
- Diagnosing building defects and repair issues
- Raising and managing works using SOR codes
- Specifying and overseeing day-to-day repairs and maintenance
