The role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance with funding and technical standards, and provide expert guidance to clients on their journey.

- Business Development & Relationship Management
- Proven experience in project management within Cladding, Facades and other closely related types of work. Including Curtain Walling, EWI, Brick slips and Re Cladding.
- Strong understanding of compliance standards, including BSR, H+S and Passive Fire.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse asset data and develop strategic funding solutions.
- Experience in quality management, project documentation, and reporting.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
