The Opportunity
We’re now looking for a Front of House & Operations Manager to become a key part of our leadership team at Streatham.
This is a hands-on, front-of-house–based role where you’ll be the heartbeat of the club. Leading the day-to-day operations, managing our front-of-house team, maintaining standards, and ensuring that every single member who walks through our doors experiences that signature REGEN energy.

What You’ll Be Doing
Front of House Leadership
- Lead and develop the front-of-house team, creating a strong, service-driven culture.
- Manage staff rotas, shift planning, cover, and punctuality.
- Ensure daily checklists and reception standards are followed consistently.
- Deliver regular 1-1s and feedback to ensure team accountability and morale stay high.
Operations & Administration
- Oversee all key operational functions, including stock control, cleaning standards, and maintenance.
- Manage ordering of supplies, uniforms, and consumables.
- Handle sales and membership admin: new joins, cancellations, payment queries, and debt collection.
- Send and respond to member emails – always in line with REGEN’s professional tone and service standards.
- Support with event planning, social media campaigns, and monthly member initiatives.
Member Experience
- Be the face of REGEN London Streatham – approachable, professional, and energetic.
- Handle member queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Ensure the club environment always meets the highest cleanliness and safety standards.
- Monitor feedback through member surveys and social media, and act quickly on any issues.
Compliance & Facility Management
- Ensure the club remains compliant with all health and safety requirements.
- Manage equipment maintenance and liaise with suppliers for repairs and servicing.
- Keep documentation and records up to date (cleaning logs, audits, incident forms, etc.).
Sales & Retention
- Support the club’s monthly sales targets by encouraging team sales, follow-ups, and excellent customer service.
- Lead by example, to be proactive in talking to members and potential new joiners.
- Work with management to implement monthly offers, campaigns, and retention strategies.
