Daily Responsibility

  • Manage allocated projects, including allocation resource, managing the project coordination process and all aspects of compliance.
  • Handling of large volumes of data, some of which is sensitive and/or complex.
  • Provide advice and support to operational teams.
  • Maintain and build relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
  • Work with project teams to develop and maintain project action plans.
  • Support with internal and external reporting of our performance and progress.
  • Assist with bids and tenders to provide the relevant support on projects.
  • Develop case studies, presentations and bulletins to promote, educate and raise awareness across the business of works within the department.
  • Ability to balance competing priorities from a range of stakeholders using a high degree of tact.
  • Ensuring accuracy and completeness in reporting.

Experience & Skills

  • Experience of energy efficient retrofit would be preferred.
  • Literate in MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Good interpersonal and strong communication skills.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management skills, allowing switching between a variety of tasks and meeting a combination of daily, weekly and monthly deadlines.
  • Must be analytical and enjoy problem solving with enthusiasm to enhance, improve, optimise, streamline.
  • A flexible, self-motivating and agile attitude, allowing you to respond to client needs.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and precise record keeping skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, creating a team spirit, encouraging them to be at their best.
  • Ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track more efficient processes.
