RE:GEN Midlands is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial and contractual management from pre-construction through final account. You will help control costs, manage risk, and support delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
Working with the Commercial Director and project teams, you will lead cost reporting, valuations, variations and contract administration across multiple housing regeneration projects.
