The Junior Data Analyst will work closely with the Senior Data Analyst and various stakeholders across RE:GEN Group and Business Units to deliver accurate, accessible, and impactful data solutions. The role will range from gathering and analysing data to building reports and dashboards and will play a key part in helping our teams make informed data-driven decisions that help shape the future of the work that we do. This is an entry-level role that is ideal for someone looking to grow their career in data and business intelligence.
Daily Responsibility
- Assist the Senior Data Analyst team with producing reports and management information used to monitor the key performance metrics of the business.
- Collaborate closely with the Senior Data Analyst to support the creation of clear, concise, and accessible management information visualisations.
- Use a range of data tools and software to maintain current reports and performance data.
- Coordinate the end-to-end administration of business processes that monitor performance.
- Design, build, and maintain dynamic, user-friendly Microsoft forms that support data collection, workflow automation, and user engagement to ensure accurate data capture for reporting and decision-making.
- Design and maintain Power Automate flows to streamline data-related tasks.
- Manage and maintain data-related SharePoint libraries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a level 3 qualification in mathematics, computer science, computing, statistics, science or a data-related subject.
- GCSE mathematics grade 9-4 (A*-C) (or equivalent).
- GCSE English language grade 9-4 (A*-C) (or equivalent).

- Understanding of averages, distributions, correlations, and basic statistical concepts.
- Awareness of how to present data clearly using charts, graphs, and dashboards.
- Familiarity with performance indicators, and how data supports decision-making.
- Ability to interpret data and identify patterns or trends.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
