Are you a detail-driven Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant who thrives on supporting planning, trading, and sales performance across a global network? Looking for a role where your organisational skills help drive performance across stores and concession partners? If so, we have an opportunity for a Retail Merchandising Admin Assistant to join our Retail Merchandising team.

The Impact you will have in this role is:

  • Creating and distributing weekly and monthly sales and stock reports to support management decision-making and forward planning.
  • Updating key price changes and promotions on internal systems and clearly communicating these to Retail stores.
  • Ensuring sales data is accurately collated and uploaded in a timely manner to support trading activity.
  • Raising seasonal and in-season orders on the system in line with merchandising plans.
  • Working closely with Assistant Merchandisers to identify supply chain issues and proactively resolve problems or delays.
  • Keying stock allocations to ensure appropriate quantities are delivered to stores in line with the seasonal merchandising strategy.
  • Actioning authorised allocation adjustments and making recommendations aligned to the theme calendar, including events and seasonal trends.
  • Maintaining minimum credible display stock levels in line with MDQs and store grading, ensuring stock is in the right place to maximise sales, promotions, and incentives.
  • Proactively monitoring new store stock levels and collaborating with merchandising and retail teams to recommend reallocations where needed.
  • Managing and processing all stock movements on the system in line with Merchandiser instructions.
  • Responding to stock-related queries from regional teams in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Producing ad-hoc store and stock reports as required.
